The College of Nursing Sciences Tambuwal also known as school of nursing tambuwal is a special place that provides degree programs to train people as mid-level healthcare workers in the Nursing field, they provide two main programs, that is the:
- Basic Nursing program and
- Basic Midwifery program
also there are two Community programs available as follows:
- Community Nursing program and

1. Application Submission: you will start by filling out a form in the school website, by following the process below
• Visit the school Website at https://constambuwal.edu.ng and click on “Online Application Portal” link under Students Section or you can go directly to https://portal.constambuwal.edu.ng.
• Then create account by filling your basic information and click on Register, then a copy of your application information would be sent to your Email address.
• here you should Use your Username and your Password to login to the portal, and then click on “Generate Invoice” then proceed with your application process.
• After login Print your generated invoice and take it to any nearest bank of your choice for payment, you can also make your payment via Remitta instant payment channels option by clicking the “Pay Now” button on the invoice.
• After Payment login again to the portal, confirm your payment, upload your passport, update your bio-data, also fill in your previous academic records which are WAEC, NECO etc and upload signature.
• Then print your Application Acknowledgement Slip and Payment Receipt for Record Purpose.

2. Entrance Examination: Once your application is approved, you will receive a message on your email or sms or even both you will be sent information about the entrance exam, where to do it, at what time and on which day including anything that is require for the exam.
This exam is to see what you know about science and healthcare topics like English, physics, chemistry, and biology. study up on these subjects to do your best, if you get an average of 50 then you are qualify, 49 downward is disqualify, so, keep an eye on your email or SMS, as you will be notified with important details about the exam, additionally, you will receive instructions on what steps to take next in preparation for the exam.
You will do the exam in Tambuwal or Sokoto and your names will be shortlisted or you can check their social media page to see if you pass the exam.
3. Oral Examination / Interview: If you perform well in the entrance examination that is if you score 50 upward, you will be notify via your emails and text or you can check the school media page if you are shortlisted, you will move on to the interview stage, it is the stage where the school get to know you better. During the interview stage, you will have the opportunity to showcase your communication skills, they will ask you different question and sometimes to state your reasons for choosing nursing school, if you do well in this stage then you are totally qualify and you will get admission.
4. Admission Notification And Verification:
Based on your performance in both the entrance examination and the interview or oral examination, you will receive an admission notification, this notification informs you of the school's decision regarding your acceptance into the nursing program. If you are offered admission you will be asked to go to the school for verification, this involves submitting your credentials the original copy and photocopy, with a scratch card, if you don't have the scratch card you will be asked to pay for it, they will give deadline for the verification failure to come will result to loosing of the admission.
Once everything is done successfully you will be called to collect your offers, the offer contains the desired amount to be paid for school fees, how many month you will spent before your exams and also deadline for the registration.
College Of Nursing Science Tambuwal School Fees
At college of of Nursing Science tambuwal in your first year that is introductory class, you will need to pay 73,000 Naira for your school fees, which covers your uniform too.
As you progress to the second year which is intermediate stage, the fees might be around 21,000 Naira or possibly more, and in the third year which is the final year or hospital class, it could be around 25,000 Naira or more, in this final year class you will also pay for council examination about 56 thousand naira or higher
It is important to keep in mind that the school fees can change from time to time and for non indigene student there fees are higher, first year fees are about 193k (one hundred and ninety three thousand naira) and for the other years it will be mentioned to them in their annual registration form.
